About the new design automatic separator 

It adopts 4sets servo controlling, can achieve automatic separating.  

All sub-stack slides adopt imported linear bearings, and adopt double-shaft structure to ensure the stability of each sub-stack part.

All parts are aluminum alloy and processed by CNC machining center to ensure the accuracy of sub-stacking.

Using high-precision encoder to track the paper pieces, make sure each stack is same.

The number of draws is set on touch screen, can 100% accuratly adjust the draws(set based on even draws).

Max sub-stacking 12 logs/min.

Main features:

The paper-breaking knife roller adopts the structure of spiral knife roller, which effectively solves the problems of the stability of the paper-breaking and the service life of the blade.

The original straight knife is a full-cut type, while the spiral knife roller is a point-cut type, which solves the problems of the instability of the paper break and the short service life of the blade caused by the original straight knife structure.
