It depends on the machines, the production time is 10-30 days for some machines, like band saw machine, packing machine, sealing machine. And it is 60-90 days for toilet paper machines and facial tissue machines. We will confirm the production time when sign the contract or confirm the order.

All our machines have ONE year guarantee and we will continue to offer advices and spare parts after this period.
Within ONE year after received our machines, under right operation and non-artificial reasons, if there are any damaged parts or accessories, We will replace them by Air or Express immediately for FREE.
After ONE year warranty, Spare parts and damaged parts will be charged at preferential price. If there is something wrong with the machine, We are responsible to solve this problem soonest, and help customers to restore production as soon as possible.

Yes, we could provide the samples for free, but the cost of freight should be charged by customer.
